Our process is simple:

  1. First, we need to talk with you briefly to understand what brought you to this situation in the first place.
  2. Secondly, we need to work with you to determine likelihood of your ability to be able to service the mortgage today or near future
  3. Then, we lay out and explain the possible methods, available to you to stop foreclosure and preserve any equity you have built up.
  4. Once you have chosen one or more methods, we either connect you to your appropriate mortgage provider mitigation specialist or one of our unique mitigation affiliates in order to move forward to achieve your goals.
  5. Then, we will oversee the execution of your chosen mitigation service to ensure successful completion.
